    I’m not quite clear on the intent of the question, so I’ll answer it from two angles. Let me know if I didn’t hit the intended target yet and I’ll modify my answer as needed…

    1) As a reseller selling hosting accounts to clients, you’re looking for a reseller hosting account with access to something called Web Hosting Manager (WHM) …. similar to cPanel, but for billing and configuring your clients’ hosting packages.

    2) Use cPanel’s Fantastico application installer to install one of any number of PHP-based content management systems, blogs, web frameworks, etc. The list is extensive, but off the top of my head, the most popular with my clients are Drupal, WordPress, and Joomla.

    3) HostGator’s reseller accounts have both of the above…
